Podcast Episode 392: First Ever Pregnant Champion

Can you hear Eric Bischoff’s music in your head? Josh is back… and he’s better than ever… Got a knack… For making things better…

Sorry. (Not sorry). This week, Derek and Josh talk shop and discuss a whole slew of things: how fun WWE has been overall as they find a nice balance of variety in content; the new hotness that is the WWE Network; pop culture reach of the WWE; AEW blowing their load way too early; PWG putting out another steller line up for BOLA; and even a bit of New Japan G1 talk.

Next week, we’ll break down SummerSlam’s card, but for now – we’re just enjoying the ride…

Featuring: ‘The Mayor of Reseda’ Derek (@cap_kaveman) and Joshua Schlag (@thesteelcage / @schlizzag)

Derek and Tim Eat Snacks Ep. 75: Idaho Spud

This week on the DATEScast, Tim and Derek once again revisit how much Boise, Idaho sucks and discuss the usage of Photoshop to enhance the city’s beauty. They also discuss their mutual hatred of crickets and getting their children to eat. And this just a warning, but don’t ever ask Tim to rate snacks at parties. However, you can get his rating right here on this week’s snack, which is the self proclaimed “Candy Bar That Made Idaho Famous”. Provided by Josh Schlag’s calves, your beloved snack duo is rating Owyhee Idaho Spuds.

Featuring: Derek Montilla (@cap_kaveman) & Tim Agne (@timagne)

Music by: Polly Hall & Andrew Barkan & TLC

Unfunny Nerd Tangent 81: Stranger Things 3

After a long break, we here at Unfunny Nerd Tangent are excited to welcome back… Darrell! That’s right, the Beast from the Middle East returns with newcomer, Foz, to help dissect the latest season of nostalgic television from the Duffer Brothers, Stranger Things 3.

Among other things, we dive deep into the season, which then spun us into several inter-dimensional tangents; including Bryan’s disdain for Ready Player One (episode 44 by the way), Yakov Smirnoff, Derek’s love of Harrison Ford, why Mike deserved an old-fashioned 80s backhand (even though his mom is still the hottest), and the multiple theories surrounding Hopper’s fate.

Not to mention, Greig blows out his intro muscle and we preview the newest show coming soon to the Steel Cage Podcast Network: “Derek and Tim Eat Prison Snacks”.

How many of our Stranger Things 3 predictions came true? Most of them… kind of. To find out how exactly, check out this nostalgic episode as we get the band back together and return to Hawkins, Indiana for another ‘Upside Down’ podcast.

You can’t spell America without Erica.

Hosted by: ‘Captain Boomerang’ Greig Tansley (@GreigT13).

Featuring: ‘Got into Hopper Shape’ Tim Agne (@timagne), ‘SuperJew’ Jared Robinovitz (@SuperJew75), ‘Beast From the Middle East’ Darrell Johnson (@zazzumplop), ‘PipeBomb’ Bryan Gregston (@guitarsalad), ‘Mayor of Reseda’ Derek Montilla (@cap_kaveman) and ‘C-Bomb’ Foz (@havoksmane).

Music by: Stranger Things & Limahl.

Derek and Tim Eat Snacks Ep. 74: Field Trip Everything Bagel Beef Jerky

This week on the DATEScast, Tim and Derek discuss the real reason why we’re all so worried about willfully giving our faces to the Russians: deep fake porn videos. While we don’t all have access to someone like Jon Gruden to break down our sex tapes, we do have Derek and Tim to break down our snacks. And this time around, they are picking, eating, and rating Field Trip Everything Bagel Beef Jerky. What is Everything Bagel flavor and does this jerky taste like it? Does it taste like a cow in New York wearing a fancy hat? Does it taste like a Field Trip to Costco? All answers will be revealed on an exciting new episode of DATES.

Featuring: Derek Montilla (@cap_kaveman) & Tim Agne (@timagne)

Music by: Polly Hall & Andrew Barkan & Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (@ZeldaOfficialJP)
