Derek and Tim Eat Snacks Ep. 98: Kinder Bueno Bar

This week on the DATESCAST, the world isn’t great right now, and neither are Tim and Derek. Infighting on the group chat is causing a rift between our snackologists and the only cure is rating snacks. But that’s not what they’re about…it’s just what they do. They’re about respect for women, which is hard to come by these days on social media. They talk about all of the bad and the very bad in the world, but they also find time to PER this week’s snack, the Kinder Bueno bar. Will this melting pot of hazelnut love be enough to fix this podcast? Find out on an all-new DATES!

Featuring: Derek Montilla (@cap_kaveman) & Tim Agne (@timagne)

Music by: Polly Hall & Andrew Barkan & Angel Haze (@angelhaze)

Aussie Top 3 – Episode 3: Factions

Welcome to AT3 on The Steel Cage, where our Down Under contingent fights off the Drop Bears to discuss their Top 3 of a variety of wrestling topics.

This week, our bevy of bonza beauties decided to choose our Top 3 Factions of all time. And of course, we chose The New World Order, D-X and The IV Horsemen.

But what would you choose if you couldn’t choose those three? Well, we dove deep and decided to pick out some stellar factions from wrestling’s past, present (and future). Some of them are no-brainers, some are a little left of centre and others… well, they might have to be heard to be believed.

So, grab your Esky, crack a cold one and have a listen to Episode 3 of AT3.

We’ll see you Down Under.

Hosted by: ‘Captain Boomerang’ Greig Tansley (@GreigT13).

Featuring: ‘Little Sherbie’ Stacey Herbert (@littlesherbie) & ‘Stinga’ Steve Wray (@stinga57).

Podcast Episode 412: The VIP Pool of Reincarnation

This week, we’re not hiding behind plexiglass but we are keeping our bodily fluids to ourselves as we talk all things AEW. From Double or Nothing to the past few episodes of Wednesday Night Dynamite, we discuss our enjoyment of the “other guys” wrestling show. However, if we’re being transparent, this episode is really just an ode to the Stadium Stampede match. With so many spots, segments, and scenes to take in, we break down our favorite parts of this instant classic and why it worked so well. While this could be considered a polarizing match and PPV, we discuss how it really had something for everyone and will go down as one of the best shows of 2020.

Featuring: ‘The Mayor of Reseda’ Derek (@cap_kaveman), ‘Uncle Beek’ Jeremey (@jaimsvanderbeek), NeoEcks (@theneoecks), & Sprung (REDACTED)

Unfunny Nerd Tangent 97: Who Framed Roger Rabbit

Shave and a haircut… two bits! Just like the toons, you won’t be able to resist our latest episode, as we do a deep dive on a cinematic classic: Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

In 1988, a crazy movie was released that blended the line between live-action and animation, and yet… all we remember are those burning, red eyes and that high-pitched, squeaky voice. Oh, and Roger Rabbit. And Jessica. Mostly Jessica.

This episode welcomes back Mike Seibert from the Mike Seibert Radio Show (and our Metallica episode) to reminisce about this landmark movie that has influenced filmmakers and animators ever since. Not to mention, our standard, tangential ways lead us down several dip-covered streets, including how Heidi Klum convinced all men that they actually don’t want a real-life Jessica, how Bill Murray, Eddie Murphy and Paul Reubens missed out on this film, bad rabbit costumes and several Back to the Future connections.

And of course… nightmare fuel. Lots and lots of nightmare fuel.

Hosted by: ‘Captain Boomerang’ Greig Tansley (@GreigT13).

Featuring: ‘SuperJew’ Jared Robinovitz (@SuperJew75) & ‘Booby Trap’ Tim Agne (@timagne).

Special guest: Mike Seibert (@MikeSibertRadio).

Music by: Alan Silvestri.
